Information: The zanpakutou is the core of the Shinigami; it is the companion that makes a Shinigami instantly recognizable. With it, one has access to powers that push someone above and beyond the levels of normal combat. It is this bond that the 6th Division seeks to strengthen. The members of the 6th Division have no specialty role in warfare; the mastery of their weapon and of their own fighting skills is their gift to the battle.
