Second Stage
when Tyler enters her second stage of her quincy form she gains a black gaunlet running from her shoulder down her right arm and it ends with a finger piece that wraps around her middle finger and on the back of it is a little wing piece which pushes her reatisu out to make a wing of it so she can jump higher and move a bit faster. Also her spirit arrows can channel some of the elements through them to make them a bit powerful as well as give the opponent status effects.
