Powers description: Domon can absorb the powers of others through contact with skin, this occurs by altering his DNA to accept these powers as normal. At the moment, this power has a distinct limitation, in that he can use as many powers as he wants, unless they are of the Lieutenant or Captain level. For Lieutenant powers, he can only use 3 at a time, and he can only use 1 Captain level power.
